We are very happy that many customers have trusted us with the care and maintenance of your sewing machines. In most cases, we strive to complete annual service within two weeks. However, our technician, Dave, is currently on a well-deserved vacation with his lovely wife. Dave will be out of pocket until the end of March. Due to space constraints in our maintenance area, we will not be accepting machines for general annual service until Dave returns. Any machines that are not operational may be checked in but we will not be able to evaluate them for service for the next few weeks, which will delay their repair. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to offering full services again in a few weeks.
