Dream Big Panel Quilting on Bernina 990
Unlock the incredible possibilities of your machine during our exclusive BERNINA 990 3-Day Mastery Event at Stitcher's Quest. Over three intensive, hands-on days, you will dive deep into the revolutionary scanning and Pinpoint Placement features of BERNINA’s top-of-the-line machine. Using the stunning Hoffman Dream Big Flower panel as your creative playground, you will transform a beautiful printed panel into a completely custom-quilted masterpiece.
Under expert guidance, you will master the built-in camera functions to scan your hooped fabric and precisely align embroidery designs directly on your screen. You will explore advanced techniques like Four-Point Pinpoint Placement and the "Morph" function, learning how to distort and reshape designs to fit perfectly into asymmetrical petals without ever needing external software.
Throughout the event, you will build ultimate confidence in rehooping as we work from the center outward using the BERNINA Giant Hoop. Beyond placement, you will learn the secrets to flawless thread tension, professional edge management, and tricks to completely eliminate unsightly thread nests on the back of your quilt. By the end of day three, you will have the skills and confidence to tackle any complex quilting or embroidery project at home.
