The Stellar Magic quilt is made from a simple L block that is cut and reassembled with magical results! The clear and detailed cutting and sewing diagrams make the block assembly quick and easy!

Fabric Requirements
24 Medium/Dark 10" squares
24 Light 10" squares

If not using pre-cut 10" squares:
Select six 1/3 yard cuts of different fabric prints. Each 1/3 cut will yield four 10" squares (24 - 10" squares). A seventh 1/3 yard cut is recommended for design options or mistakes (28 squares).

PLUS
2 yards of Light background yields 28 - 10" squares

Optional Borders:
1 1/4 yards for optional 5" Outer Border
1/2 yard for optional 1 1/2" Inner Border

Backing: 3 1/2 yards of 42" wide fabric
Or 1 2/3 yards of 108" wide fabric for a no-seam back
Binding: 1/2 yard

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	Confident Beginner - Some previous quilting experience required.
Requirements:	Sewing machine in good order with maintenance kit (cleaning brush, oil, screwdriver) 1/4" foot
