Christmas in July Retreat - 2026

Take a break from your summer with our Christmas In July Retreat - the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas projects or any other unfinished sewing items that you want to work on!

The location for our retreat is off-site at Home2Suites on Lewis Turner Blvd in Fort Walton Beach.  This is a day-only retreat - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day, so you are on your own time in the evenings.  Hotel rooms are available if you are visiting the area - we have a block of rooms held for event.  The hotel room reservation link is Available Rooms - Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Walton Beach Eglin Air Force Base


If you need a project, just contact us and we can work with you to assemble a custom kit with your color choices.  

A light lunch is included each day.  You can sign up for the 5-days or single days at the daily rate.  Bring your own sewing machine, projects, and tools.  You can set up for the week and return each day to sew, sew, sew!  Stitcher's Quest will host demonstrations, games and also have a pop-up shop with extra projects that you didn't know you needed! 

Open sewing the whole week!  We do, however, have a featured quilt option: We will have instruction available for Crimson Christmas on Tuesday and Friday mornings (July 21 & 24) - this is complimentary if you purchase your pattern and fabric from Stitcher's Quest.  This is a beautiful pattern that can be done in several colorways and we are happy to help with fabric selection prior to the retreat.  Please contact us if you would like a kit personally selected and cut for you.
