Q-Series StitchWise - Q-Matic Explorations Workshop
This introduction to automated quilting will introduce you to the benefits of using BERNINA Q-Series Longarms with Q-Matic! This 3-hour seminar with Adam Rateliff will show you just how easy it is to finish beautiful quilts for yourself or as a small business. All quilters are welcome - from the beginner to advanced. Registrations are limited as we will be using the Q-Series and Q-Matic systems at Stitcher's Quest. Please arrive at noon and enjoy a complimentary light lunch before the seminar begins at 1:30. A morning seminar, StitchWise Start Smart Free-Motion Quilting, is offered in the morning.

| Instructor Bio: | Adam Rateliff grew up wanting to be a teacher. During college, he thought he would teach accounting, but now he gets to share a true passion every day with his followers. He would have never guessed that he would one day be an internationally recognized longarm teacher. Adam learned to sew at a young age. He remembers sitting and watching his mother in the kitchen as she flipped her sewing machine out of the table and got to work. She taught him the basics of sewing and most of the fiber arts then. After college, while working as an accountant, he started quilting. This is where he found his love of BERNINA. Quilting became a part of his life, and he really found a passion and desire for it. Now he is happy to say that everyone in his family who sews, sews on a BERNINA. In 2016, Adam purchased his first longarm and has been teaching ever since. He isn’t one to shy away from a challenge and will play until he finds a solution. Adam also brings a fresh view to the quilt world, looking for and taking out-of-the-box projects to bring to the longarm, frequently with tutorials on his YouTube channel. He has been a national educator since 2018, teaching consumers how to use a longarm, but more importantly, showing new owners that anyone can do it. His favorite part of teaching is when a once-timid student leaves with a new machine. He has a strong history of successful events, working with retailers to ensure shared goals are met. You might know him as his social media personality, Adam Sew Fun. In 2020, he started a successful channel that he is excited to welcome BERNINA to. He is thrilled to join the BERNINA Events Team and can’t wait to share some amazing classes with you |
