Stop by Stitcher's Quest to see the samples of each project.

Bringing a lunch or snack is recommended.

Skill Level: beginner
Skill Details: These classes are designed to build the sewing skills of beginner sewists. Recommended for ages 16 and up.
Requirements: Each class in this program is an independent lesson. Choose the classes according to your own schedule. You do NOT have to attend week 1 to participate in the following weeks. Bring your sewing machine in good working order, your owners manual, and accessories. Before attending this class, you should be familiar with the basic operation of your machine including threading, winding bobbin, and lubrication. If you are not familiar with your machine, please contact Stitcher's Quest to set up a private lesson on machine operation. The instructor owes class time to the students learning new sewing skills, so please know the basics of your machine before class. If you do not have a sewing machine available to use, please contact Stitcher's Quest for loan of a student machine. We also appreciate the opportunity to help with your selection if you are considering a machine purchase. Basic sewing supplies include small scissors for cutting thread, a seam ripper, pins, extra machine needles and hand sewing needles. The class includes fabric and construction items needed for the project. Fabric selected for the kit will be at Stitcher's Quest choice.
